NSV from the closet!
I've been kind of down lately because I haven't lost anything in the past week or so. I know it's because I'm retaining water for various reasons, but it still bugs me to not see the numbers go anywhere, or a little in the wrong direction. However, this morning I was able to wear a pair of pants that haven't fit me in…

I will lose my last 36 lbs by my next birthday in October. I'm in the best shape of my adult life. I have lost 64 lbs in 9 months. Slow and steady wins the race :blushing: To all the fatty's out there just starting out, stick to your guns. Imagine where you'll be in 9 months if you just keep on keeping on. Boo-f*cking-YAH…

Age: 22 Height: 5’8.5” HW: 160 lbs SW: 140 lbs CW: 133 lbs GW: 125 lbs I would like to preface this post by saying I do not have an eating disorder. My sister was anorexic when she was a teenager and has been struggling with an eating disorder since. Ever since I began losing weight, many friends and family members have…

My first NSV! Not much, but I sure am proud!
So for about 6 months now I haven't been able to dry my jeans without taking all the strength in the world to get them up over my thighs and butt! So I've been washing them and letting them air dry. Last night Michael forgot to take them out and DRIED THEM! At first I was upset because I thought "oh God, another day of me…

NSV - I didn't die.
My husband and I signed up for the MWR Bay Bridge run/walk, which happens on May 15th. I'm definitely walking it as I've only been doing c25k for 6 weeks and I'm not ready for a 4 mile run. Yet. I'm not nervous about a 4 mile walk. That's easy enough. The thing that makes me nervous is the incline up the bridge. There are…

My NSV!
It's not as spectacular as some, but I'm ecstatic!! I shaved 2 inches off my waist and one inch around my hips in the last 22 days!! Here is a little poem I made up for the occasion: *Though my babies I love and desired, *Pregnancies left me with you, extra tire; *How many times have I wished you away! *Thought you were…

NSV sorta
My brother started dating his wife when he was 19 and she was 18. I've known my sister-in-law since I was 13, about 36 years. And she said the most wonderful thing to me this past weekend. While she was in the room I'd mentioned to someone else that after seeing a picture of myself from last summer, I couldn't believe how…

I took my first Zumba class back in December. A woman I know was in the class. After the class we both said we were too old for this kind of exercise. I did go back to Zumba in January, I stuck with it and now it is my favorite exercise. I can't wait to get there. She came back to the class last week (I had not seen her…

This is why I changed my life....
Although it’s great that I no longer have to shop at Lane Bryant and that I can fit more comfortably into chairs and all that other good stuff that goes with losing weight, this is a victory more important than all of those put together. 2010 2011 Cholesterol: 170 154 HDL (Good): 61.0 64.0 LDL (Bad): 80 76 Triglycerides:…

NSV . . . Just took me awhile to realize it
So I have been on a plateau since January so I really hadn't noticed much, but the other day I was at Knott's Berry Farm with my kids. Quick note I have hated amusement parks for years because to be honest I felt like I was too big for ALL of the rides. So back to my story, I realized that I could comfortably fit into…

Chalean Extreme Success Stories?
I just started CXE today and am excited to hear success stories and see some before/afters. Anyone want to share? I searched for some results, but very few pictures popped up. I need inspiration. Did you combine this with any other program or just CXE on it's own?

Really Weird NSV
You might think I'm a little nuts, but I went up 4 pounds over the last week and am happy about it. I had about 5 days of high stress and constant motion stressful work, was not able to get in my normal 8 glasses of water, ate more salty foods than normal and was not able to work out once (all due to moving my mother back…

4 Hour Body during Lent SUCCESS!
I am telling you, it works. Timothy Ferriss has it right and I am living proof it works! I am sticking with it until I hit 165lbs. Will be starting a hardcore kettlebell workout to build more lean muscle.

NSV-less chubby cheeks from weight loss, not braces!
Someone commented that they could see changes in my face, but they thought it was from my orthodontic treatment. I'm amazed at how just a few pounds can change your face!

NSV - Legs
I just have to say that all the hiking has paid off and I am loving what I am starting to see in my legs! I have a LOT more weight to lose but I do feel good that my legs are starting to tighten up again.

Mini Success Story :)
I felt skinny today and actually looked at myself in clothes and thought I looked thin :) Now I need to do the same without the clothes! Here is the best comparison I could find of my side view, todays outfit what made me look thin to myself and the only sort of side shot of me I could find from being fat :)

39.4lbs lost progress pics!
Hey all! So I've lost an additional 10lbs since my goal weight and am LOVING the new me!!! Let me start by saying why I decided it was time to lose weight. I was always skinny in high school under 110lbs and size 2. After moving in with my boyfriend and a full time desk job I shot up to 180 in 2006. I got pregnant and the…

NSV (in the chest)
This is my first time posting pics so hopefully I'm doing it right lol. Anyway There's a dress I love and the last time (before this week) that I wore it was September 2010 to class--I ended up wearing a tank top underneath because I was afraid of some indecent exposure during class. So here is a pic from Sept. and then…

100 DAYS
OH YEAH!!! It has been 100 days since I have had a cigarette or dip. I can't believe how much better I feel mentally and physically. Those that are thinking about quitting, know that it can be done. There is no such thing as "I'll have just one." I tried that dozens of times and it simply did not work for me. One thing…

My "success" pictures.
I have a LONG way to go still, but am starting to see progress. I have been getting comments from friends and family for a while now, but I'm finally seeing the difference. I started out January 2009 at 300 pounds and am currently sitting at 247ish. I have recently (1 1/2 months) joined a gym and make it atleast 3 times…

OVERWEIGHT!
Feeling amazing this morning!! I have finally crossed into the Overweight BMI and am no longer Obese!! Never thought I would be celebrating being overweight, but you can bet I did a happy dance this morning!! I know that BMI is flawed (VERY flawed), but this is a huge accomplishment for me! I doubt that I will ever be in…
