I feel soooo pumped! I had my fastest 5k time yet. For the last 2.2 miles I did not go below 6mph once which is a first for me. The longest I have gone 6mph before was 1 mile. 5 days no soda!

I've noticed that as I'm eating healthier, my skin is getting nicer and nicer. I even woke up this morning and didn't need to apply cover-up! I'm super excited that my skin is even reacting to my new, healthier lifestyle. Did this happen to anyone else?
