BMI - Not Obese anymore
I am happy to report that I have lost 39 Lbs since I started here on MFP in mid-October and my BMI had finally dropped from Obese to Over. :happy: I have reached this goal on time .... or I can say a few day early for I am not suppose to weigh myself until Friday morning but I could not resist!

Well I have a week down on my weight loss journey and lost five pounds the first week which considering all I did that week for exercise was what I got at work. Im feeling a bit deflated this week as its that time of month again so the scales just say i put weight on no matter what i do!!! But last night my other half touched my bum in a joking way and then said wow your bums got firmer!! It actually made me feel so proud! At least i now know that what im doing is worth it!!!
