I did it! I made it under 200 lbs!! I haven't been there since I had my first child 8 1/2 years ago. I jogged my first 5k!! Susan G Komen race for the CURE!!
Today I participated in my 3rd 5k. Today was the first time I attempted to jog as much as I could. Let me start by saying March 8th I started the c25k program.
