My first week!!!!

Made First Mini-Goal Today
I am so thankful for MFP! In four weeks I've lost 10.1lbs! YEA!! This is the first time in four years of trying I've been able to stick to a weight loss plan. Actually being able to see the calories I'm eating has been great. Plus everyone's encouraging stories. Thanks to everyone who posts!! :happy:

FINALLY lost 40lbs!!

well okay they are size 14's so they aren't actually *that* skinny, but they are a pair I have not been able to even put on in more than 3 years! ten lbs ago I could get them on but not zipped. Now they are on and they only give the slightest muffintop! YAY!

Small successes are better than none!
What MFP has helped me learn; 1- To stop eating! I am big on seconds at dinner. Now that I log in everything that I eat, I now stop at 1200 calories.
