Good Morning. Been working on the weight loss thing since October. Started at 271.5, now at about 206. Need a jump start, any ideas? Hurricane Irma and Relocating
My husband and I along with my daughter and her family have had to relocate during Hurricane Irma. The challenge is what to eat! I've struggled with fast food, snacks, etc.! I've tried to choose things for snacks like peanuts and popcorn. Potato chips are my downfall! Stress eating is real!!!
