10k step challenge
I will be setting a goal to walk 10k steps everyday for the next 30 days. Before I leave for work I walk around my apartment for 30 minutes. Then record the steps I take for the rest of the day. Once I get home after my day if I don't have 10k steps I walk around my apartment until I do.
