Anyone want to join me losing at least 2lbs this week? I find myself joining the monthly challenges then forgetting or failing. Iโm hoping that taking it week by week will help me stay focused. Hi, I lost 18 lbs last year. I kept it off till 4-5 weeks ago. I put on 4-5 lbs. I actually lost more on a betting app for weight loss but it scared me and I gained 7 lbs from that point. I am ready to at least lost the weight I had originally lost last year, so 6 lbs. Feels good you are all here trying to do the same.

04/21 136.9 jumping in for the first time! Just finished 25 min Lumowell workout with weights. Have gained 9lbs since end of January from COVID stress!! I am ready to stop the madness! 04/22: 135.5 today. Super clean eating yesterday- grilled chicken with broccoli for dinner always helps me shed. Worked out with weights,โฆ

Hi, I am 5โ6 and 128 pounds. My goal right now is to reach 120 pounds. I lost my first 8 pounds steadily, I lost 2 pounds every week. However when I reached 130 pounds, I realized that I started to lose 2 pounds in 2 weeks. Then when I reached 128 pounds, I realized it took me 3 weeks. Currently Iโm still 128 pounds andโฆ
