Lose 3kg a month challenge
Let's see how long we can lose at 3kg a month. 2nd Jan 89.2 3rd Jan 88.2 5th Jan 88.1 6th Jan 88.4 7th Jan 88.0 I'm using an Excel spreadsheet linear trend line to get a number, currently 0.165 kg per day but that's helped by my pizza on New Year's day. I need to start running.

21 Day Exercise Challenge
Listening to Brian Tracy's audible book called Maximum Achievement and today's message that stuck out at me was the time it takes to form a habit. I've heard it before - 21 days. So this challenge is for me to do that 21-day challenge. My objective is to do a minimum of 10 minutes per day for a minimum of 21 days.

Is there a feature in MFP or another app I can use on my phone that would track steps on a map for a longer-term step goal?
