recuperation time is boring
Recuperating from surgery and the doc tells me to Do Less after 2 falls. I can't even swim because I am unsteady on my feet. Extra food seems like an escape from boredom. And this is a critical time for me to stay on 1500 calorie diet. Been struggling for over a month with extra bites and snacks.
