Nightly 12 hour fast
Trying to establish the habit of a nightly 12 hour fast before I do any other sort of IF. I’m a late night snacker and I love heavy cream with my morning coffe, so this will be tough for me. I do lose weight when when I give my body (digestive system) time to rest, though.
