One hundred push ups challenge
I am starting the 100 push ups challenge. If anyone wants to join me, here is a link to learn all about it. http://hundredpushups.com My initial test was not very good. I barely did 5 good push ups so I am starting at level one. Its a great exercise for the whole body though, so I am going to stick with it.

That's supposed to read "blood vessel". Has anyone had this happen before? When does this excruciating pain go away and what can I do to get rid of it quicker?? Should I see a doctor??? HELP!!!

MFP or cardio machine calorie counter...which is more relian
So I have noticed that when I use the elliptical machine at the gym, it will tell me I burned (alot) less calories than when I log it into MFP. The machine does say that the calorie countere is based on a 150 lb person, but why would it ask me my weight if it wasn't counting them correctly? Does anyone know which is more…
