I have just started reading the "CLEAN" book by Dr Alejandro Junger....pretty darn interesting - doesnt just cover eating blah blah but talks about toxins on a global level and the repercussions its having....I only made it to chapter 4 last night but I would recommend it as a good read :) :drinker:

easy vegetarian meals to take on the go??
I work 24 hours shifts and am not able to cook healthy meals at work. What do you do if a food isn't listed on MFP?
Take today for instance - I bought a baguette with cottage cheese in from a sandwich takeaway shop - it was freshly made. The baguette was a bit shorter than a foot long. What's the best way of getting the calories for something like this?

If my protein is at 20%.....
ok, so I have approx 90 - 95lbs lean mass, protein at 95g is 20% of my macros. So can anyone advise what the carbs/ fat ratios should be for building muscle and NOT losing fat (I'm little and wanna build up a bit)? Thanks

Counting calories and portions
I like MFP, but one thing I struggle with is portions. Everything you look up have different portion sizes, eg Ounce, Cup etc. Would it not be a lot easier if you work by weight. Any suggestions on how counting can be nmade easier?

298g Chicken Breast or 10oz
Guys - I need help? I brought a single serve chicken breast last night, 298g said the packet, and I ate this happily without struggle. Now I didnt log it all because it tried to tell me it was a whopping 500cal? Is this correct? - That was a standard size AUS chicken breast? Which then made my dinner total 800cal + Argh!

Small Victory :)
I had a SUCKY morning, one where everything just seemed to go wrong. I got up to work, which is stocked with tons of snacks and sodas in the fridge, and didn't even have the urge to "treat" myself with a Coke or chocolate. HUGE step for me! Just thought I'd share. It's the little things, right?
