I read something recently that I thought was very eye opening, since I tend to do the exact opposite. I eat very little all day, and then at night I have a lot of calories left over, so I eat a big 'ol meal but still stay withing my total amount of calores for the day. fiber for weight loss?

I haven't really posted yet, but I've been using this website with great results for 2 1/2 weeks now. I just had to let everyone know that the new Black Angus Sammie and Quizno's is incredible:love: :love: . I just had one with a side salad and reduced fat ranch for about 330 calories. What a great lunch.

when measuring noodles is the serving size for cooked or un cooked noodles?? the box doesnt say. it just says serving size 2 oz. now i measured out 2 oz dry but it was double the size when it was cooked and i was afraid to eat that many carbs. they are whole wheat noodles but 41 carbs for 1 servong? sorry for the stupid…

quaker mini delights
i just picked up a couple boxes of these tasty little snack. they satisfied the sweet craving for me and the are so good. i got the caramel drizzle and cinnamon struesel. 90 cals, 3.5 fat, 14 carbs, 1 fiber, only 8 sugars. it was a great little snack.:smile: :smile: :smile:
