Any other vegetarians out there?
I decided that starting Jan. 2nd (I allowed myself a morsal of pork yesterday), I will cut meat out of my diet. Not for health reasons (I rarely ate red meat anyway) but more for moral & environmental reasons. I think my vice will be chicken...I love(d) chicken. But, after doing some extensive research, I don't love…

Snacking Healthy
Snacking Healthy Add Snacks to Subtract Pounds -- By Liz Noelcke, Staff Writer While some dieters happily accept when someone suggests a snack, others feel pangs of guilt when a nibble is merely suggested. Detox kits
Hi everyone, still here. I have always been interested in trying out a detox kit. Not one that keeps you in the bathroom for a week. I have never tried anything like this, but I hear it is good for flushing out toxins and bacteria from the body's organs. Are they just laxatives you take for a week...if so, not interested.…

Artificial Sweeteners
I have a friend (health fanatic) who has been giving me some healthy-living diet advice. So, per her suggestion, I've been trying to wean myself off of artificial sweeteners. Yogurt mixed with cottage cheese
Has anybody else tried this. My husband and I did this a while back when we did "Body for Life".
