Protien
How do u guys stay low on the protein count??? if i have like eggs or cottage cheese for breakfast and then chicken or fish for lunch i am already over on my protein count and i haven't even got to dinner yet!!! Was just curious if any had the same problem and how they solved it????

Best Breakfast
I just found an unbelievable breakfast. Mix 3 large egg whites with 1 oz of cheddar cheese heat a small frying pan spray with a canola cooking spray and make the best omelette. Add two pieces of whole wheat toast. Total calories about 300. Lots of protein and little fat.

I'm So Lost!

I had a 2 cups of lettuce with 1 oz of chopped ham, with broccoli, cauliflower and cherry tomatoes topped with 2 TBL fat free ranch dressing I still have over 1,000 calories left cause of my exercise so I think I am going to have some grapes and maybe some weight watchers ice cream bar or skinny cow ice cream sandwich.
