Fruit Smoothie Fruit Cocktail
does anyone have any idea how many calories would be in a fruit cocktail, that is home made. It only has fruit which is mixed in the blender. I drink 2 -4 cups of these a day. I put one cup as about 110 calories, is that too little? Do you think 4 cups is over doing it? Thanks guys.

So SO SO SO Sick
I was so sick yesturday that I was only able to take in MAYBE 250 calories the entire day.. and of course when I did put it in, it came right back out again.. Today, I feel better but no where close to where I should be for calorie intake for the day.. Is this going to put a damper on my progress, or is it not abig deal??

A healthy hot cereal
We found a great cereal at grocery store last night. It is by Hodgson Mill Multi Grain with milled flaxseed and Soy Fat 3 g S, fat .5g chol 0 sod 0 carbs 25g d. Fiber 6g sugar 1g protein 7g ingred;oats, unprocessed wheat bran, milled falxseed, soy grits, untoasted wheat germ, cracked whole wheat. Just add hot water.
