Fat caliper vs measuring tape question
I took a fat caliper measurement and measuring tape this morning after using bathroom and nothing to eat. Fat caliper measurements went down from last time but measuring tape is still saying same measurements. Am I doing something wrong ? Is that even possible? Thanks

400 + lbs
Has anyone starting over 400 lbs gotten under 200? I started at 409. I was down to 235 but then back up to 270. Trying again to lose those 35 plus 35 more to get to 199. Looking for inspiration and/or always - new friends!
