What should I do?
Okay so I’ve been in a deficit for 6 weeks and I haven’t lost any weight. I decided to wait a full six weeks hoping for the scale to drop. Infact the scale has gone up from 154 lbs to 156 lbs 😔. On a more positive note I have lost some visible belly fat around my waist but everything else is still the same. I am down to…

Pacer calories wrong
I have started syncing my steps calories from the pacer app to MFP and it seems to be way off? My Apple Watch says I have burned 180 calories and the pacer app says 360 which seems unlikely as I have not had an active day. Just wondering how to fix this?

The Mighty Whoosh and HR (or other things)
I wonder if people who whoosh also notice things happening in their body, other than running to the loo at least twice per night and a drop of scale weight. I can see this on the HR data of my fitness tracker: When I'm in a whoosh my minHR goes down, and at night might hit a low of around 44ish, while when my waterweight…

Food Scale
I'm looking for a new food scale and I'm not sure which scale to go for. I know…

Falling off the wagon HARD
What have you guys done to replace emotional eating? The last week has been tough with 2020 normal stress plus family fighting, deciding the possible future of my husband's career vs becoming the stay-at-home parent, and now our dog most likely will need to be put down (lost our other dog only a year ago). I'm at the end…

Weekly Digest
I've been using MFP for over a year, and discovered just today that there's a Weekly Digest option under the Reports tab. I've just given a cursory look so far to the reports/charts the digest provides, but it looks like a much more useful tool than the daily reports for someone looking at a long-term process toward…

Is peanut butter not a good source of fat?
I was studying and decided to have a snack, so I decided to have these protein bars that are made of peanut butter and honey. A family member told me that peanut butter isn't a good source of fat and honey is just sugar. My brain needs fat, so I should be eating stuff like meat or cheese, maybe even ice cream. The bar…

Refeed Day Calories
Hello Everyone I was looking up some info regarding refeed days. Most sites were saying to have one once every 2 weeks. Some sites were saying to eat like 300-600 cals over maintenance while others are saying to just eat at maintenance. Which way should you do a refeed day? Calories at maintenance or over? Thanks x
