Oats don't fill me up at all
Aren't they supposed to be slow energy releasing carbs? That satiate? They do nothing for me but taste good. I'm famished under 2 hours later. Cheat day
So I aim for 1200-1500 calories a day. With 1 cheat day a week. That day is friday or Saturday this week. I just added up what I'm having and it's around 3300. Will that mess up my whole week???

Possible to maintain life-long weight loss after morbid obesity?
Anyone have any insight about maintaining long-term healthy weight naturally if you were once in the 300+lbs range?
