Weight Loss, each day is day 1
I’m 5’3. 273lbs. I want lose it but I’m very stuck in my head about doing it. Working full time and homeschooling my young is very straining. I’ve not had fun at the lake or beach for a bunch of years. I don’t smoke or drink or socialized or party.. food is my only crutch.

I am just wondering if anyone on here has had gastric sleeve surgery? and if so how did they make out? Do you regret getting it done? Any tips or info you can give me would be greatly appreciated. I am on the list for surgery and it should take place sometime within the yr.

exercise/ calorie intake?
Should I to try and eat the calories I burned with exercise? I figure 1200 is my daily intake.. The more I burn the faster I would lose my unwanted weight, but will it be counterproductive if I don't eat more?

A couple weeks ago I started MFP and I have a 1280 cal goal to lose a 1 lb per week. I'm maintaining my weight so I haven't seen much difference. Maybe a scale with help. Lowering Cholesterol through diet and exercise.
Oatmeal will help lower cholesterol by as much as 5-6%. Use old fashion oatmeal (the cook type). I have one cup cooked at least 5 times a week. It's good with fruits a little bit of brown sugar or maple syrup, and raisins. It's a start.
