what is the best ratio on fat protien and carbs?
roughly 30 30 and 30? to equal 100% it seems like the paleo and atkins are the diets that are helping people to lose weight. they have some differences, but basically it seems the ratio of protein carbs and fat and not too different. What do you think? How do you set your daily nutrition goals to lose weight?!!!!

Does the diet coke really has 0 calories?
According to this app and many other sources, the coke diet has 0 calories. But some doctor told me that actually it has some calories and unhealthy sugar. Does anybody know anything about that?

Why can't I lose weight?
I spent 2 years eating lots of junk food (sometimes 2800 calories a day) and gained 18 pounds. I have now spent 9 months eating healthy, excercising a lot, and eating under 1700 calories a day. I have only lost 13 of the 18 pounds and can't lose anymore. How does this make sense?

Delayed periods
Before starting my Gym routine my periods were always 20th of the month or a day each side. But the past 2 months they have become later and later. Last month was 25th and this month it still hasn't shown. Is this a common problem? I'm worried I'm starting early menopause at age 37
