Getting started
Hi, my starting weight was 230. The heaviest I've ever been was 250. I've been fluctuating for years. Last may I was at 213 and could budge the scale. I started January 1st 2015 and I'm 223 now. My goal weight is 138. I would love to keep in touch and motivate each other.

myfitnesspal adding calories wrong?
Not really sure where to add this, but this is kind of weird. My macros for today are as follows: Carbs: 188 Fats: 54 Proteins: 209 The myfitnesspal website/phone app is adding this to be 2,211 calories, whereas to me it adds up to 2074, if I follow the: 1 protein/1 carb = 4cal, and 1 fat = 9cal.. don't go for a McDonald's..
so far I'v been managing to keep up with all my calories, except one Saturday when I decided to have double plain burger and chocolate milkshake from McDonald's.. a small 500 calories over, damn.. I know I cannot eat this all the time, but is there any other enjoyable food I can actualy eat while In town?
