Hi all! Is there a way to adjust your daily calorie target to accommodate breast feeding? I kind of picked a random number based on ACOG standards, but wasn't sure if MFP had a setting built in someplace. Thanks!

How to keep fit with busy job and part-time taxi driver for 3 kids - all help gratefully received!

Any pregnant ladies out there??
I wouldlove some other pregnant friends to track with and see how everyone is doing. Currently just 6 weeks pregnant. I'm surrogate for my sister and brother in law who are unable to have their own children. Feeling very sicky and tired at the moment, I forgot how rough early pregnancy can be!!

What diet/healthy food could you not do without?
I'd be interested in finding out what food you really couldn't do without whilst watching your weight/dieting. Might help give me some ideas on what to eat :-) I think crumpets are good. Only 98 calories and they're practical for lunch.
