Can someone explain why my calories deplete when I don't eat anything? I have noticed during the day my calories disappear even when I didn't eat anything so by the end of the day even after walking calories still go in to the negative. Thanks !!

Changing the order of foods in the menu
I read elsewhere that foods in the menu can be sorted alphabetically by changing the "radial" setting or something. I've tapped on everything on the screen and can't get anything showing "sort" to show up. Does anyone know how to do this? Thanks!

Data compatibility - data flow
Hello, I'm currently using a Garmin HRM watch for running purposes which I've got synched with MFP via Garmin Connect (so far, so good). I'm wondering if I were to purchase an UP24 by Jawbone, if the data from their app, synched to MFP would then synch to my Garmin Connect. Can anyone shed some light on that for me?! I'd…

insulin resistant
I recently found out I'm insulin resistant. Which partly explains the 25 pounds I gained in about 8 weeks. My mom is diabetic but doesn't watch what she eats. I've tried losing the weight many times and it never works because of her. I live with her and she does all the meal prep. My money buys the groceries but she even…

Learning to eat healthier
I've been on the plan for a few weeks now. My first week I did start to see the difference. I had a couple of time where I didn't do well, but start back in the middle of the week. I find the weekends to be hard to do. My plan is to go food shopping and pick up the correct things to eat and make my next week even better.
