A Question on Counting Calories VS Clean Eating
I've seen some posts in here saying how as long as you count your calories you can eat whatever you want, is this true? HELP- Exercise calories
Okay I eat around (1200cals) a day - every where I go says this much. I know people will think to low. My question is do you eat your exercise calories back? I do not. I need to lose at least 23 more lbs. I do anywhere from 500-900 exercise cals a day! Thanks for the help!

Hi, Should I eat all of the calories which I burn off during exercise each day? For example, I am on the 1200 calorie diet plan. If I was to burn off 600 calories in the gym should I eat 1800 calories or can I still stick to the 1200? Thanks!
