How do I log calories from weightlifting?
I am new to MFP and am wondering why my calories don't show up from my exercises. Do I have to look them up and manually add them? I have other peoples diaries and noticed calories burned is displayed for excercises performed.

so I use MFP to log foods and I use Map My Walk (and all others to log exercises I do. Is there a way for them to sync/talk to each other so when I log food into MFP it will add it to MMW apps and when I log walks/hikes/bikes in the apps it will log it into MFP? fitbit adjustment
ok say for instance you say in your setting that you are lightly active lifestyle. you then start wearing a fitness tracker that say counts 6000 steps in that working day. why then would you get extra calories in your dally allowence for the full 6000 steps. its almost like your getting the allowence twice.
