Below calorie intake
if I'm under my calorie intake it says I'm not eating enough but I've saw people have posts saying they were under their calorie intake mines doesn't give me a 5 week progress report can anyone explain this please

Macros leaving me confused
my goals are 40% carbs 30% fat and 30% protein my goal for fat is 33 today I'm at 12 but it's saying I'm at 30% can't get my head round this can someone explain this to me

Why do my calorie requirements go up?
If I am trying to lose fat, why do my calorific intake requirements increase after entering a cardio exercise? If I have burned calories it makes no sense to me that I have to eat more.

Question about nutrition intake.
I've been using MFP for a while and I love it. I'm an ultra runner and before using MFP, I wasn't hitting my nutrition goals by quite a lot, resulting in headaches and fatigue etc. I have two more 100 milers this year that I'm training for but I've found the if I run 10 miles or 50 miles in a day, MFP says I need the same…

Calorie discrepancy?
MFP gives me 1400 cal/day and then subtracts calories throughout the day bc of UP steps...shouldnt it be adding more calories the more active I am? By the end of the day im always over MFP calories because I can't keep track of the steps subtracting calories ...arggg...any suggestions?

Hi, new here and have 60 lbs to lose. I'm excited to get going and need some friends doing the same. Will I need to sync daily to my smart phone or will it do it automatically?
