hi I have just started using this app and seen few comments about the Fitbit. Before I go out to buy one would like to know if they are any Gd? Have they helped anyone to lose weight? Don't want too waste money

Didn't realize it
Today is my first day with MFP and its only 4:30 and I have 59 calories left. This is a shocker to me cause I thought we did good today! I hope seeing the calories in front of me will help wake me up to reality to see what I am really feeding our bodies.

All my real life friends keep thier diaries private and I feel like the accountability is a big part of me being motivated. Would love to get ideas from other people's diaries, and them be inspired by mine, as I like to cook.

Zombie Run App
So I tried the zombie run app AND it was a success! For a person who HATES running I ran and when I looked down at my phone 36 mins had passed. I've never ran for more than 15-20 mins straight!!! Awesome awesom Try It.

I'm sure this has already been posted but I could not find a thread. I have MyfitnessPal and Map My Walk- both say they are synced however my walks are not being updated into MyFitnessPal at all, still says 0 exercise and no status updates have been posted. What am I doing wrong?

weekend troubles
Hi there I have been logging for 13 days now. I have a goal to lose one pound a week. I want to lose 60 pounds. I seem to be having trouble at weekends -going way over my calories. Any tips please?

I've just joined MFP. I've put my details in, height and weight and my desired weight. I've put that I exercise 90 mins a day on my exercise bike. hi! very new to mfp and would like to hear what has motivated everyone? after not being able to run to catch a flight (luckily was delayed so made it) it made me realise i need to lose this weight now. my goal is to lose 7stone and just need to keep my motivation up :)

Would like display to show Carbs Remaining instead of Calories Remaining
