Working on losing weight and when i get done with cardio i lift weights, legs, calfs, biceps, chest, shoulders, back. But there is my stomach and sides that i want to work on more now do you all recommend any midsection (i guess its that) workouts? Thanks in advance for the help.

Fitbit and travelling in van
i travel in a bumpy bus at work transporting people in wheelchairs, is there a way to 'pause' your fit bit while your travelling along so it doesn't count it as steps? The Fitbit zip or one? ( I can't put this message on the Fitbit group sorry)

Lost 11.2 lbs in the first 4 days to my lifestyle change.
Crazy numbers right? I'm down from 19.7 (275.8 lbs) stone on Monday morning to 18.9 (264.6) stone this morning.
