Food diary problems?
I finished my diary and after working out it tells me i am way under my calories. My caloriesnarenset at 1200 andni had only 230 left then after working out i had 600 something and it won't let me completely be done with it. What did i do wrong?

Step tracker vs. walk (exercise)
last time I used this app it didn't track steps.... I tried logging in my 40 min walk and instead of adjusting the calories burned it seemed to double them. Calorie Amount Changing?
I am very confused! I just started using MFP yesterday and dutifully logged every calorie, coming in just under my recommended amount-somewhere in the 1800s. Today I check and my recommended amount has shot up to 2340! I haven't changed any information on my settings so I am at a loss. What happened?

Weight Loss Prediction
I am a new user, but I have been tracking my food every day for two weeks. When I complete an entry for the day it predicts weight loss over a five week period. How accurate is this prediction? It is a great motivation tool for eating but I wasn't sure if I should use this as a guide. Thanks for any comments.

Calorie intake on this app
had this app a while now still don't fully understand how the calories are worked out If I'm having 1500 cals and I'm burning let's say 500 a day ,,, do I have to eat an extra 500 ? Wanting to loose not gain weight I know that for every 3500 calories you burn = 1lb of weight loss.
