My Exercise Does Not Show up ... What am I doing wrong?
I am not new to MFP but I am new to adding my exercise into my journal. I click on "add exercise" and I add the strength training that I did but on my summary page, it does not show any calories burned.. am I doing something wrong?

1200 Calories?!?!
Okay so I'm not sure if I entered that I wanted 1200 cal. a day or if that is what MFP says I need to eat to lose my weight. I haven't counted calories in such a long time, 1200 (400 a meal) sounds like I'm doomed before I start. I am 5' short (haha) and 200 lbs (not so haha). Please help any suggestions.

Can't seem to add finite app sync
I'm trying to link my fit bit with MFP but when I hit connect I am just redirected to the Fitbit webpage. Any one else having this issue? I have both apps on my phone so that's not the issue. So frustrated!

Why different daily goals in home and food tabs?
I am fairly new to MFP, and have noticed that the daily goal on my home page (5021 kJ) is remarkably different to the daily goal at the bottom of the food tab (21,138 kJ) which means that the "remaining" balance is multiple time what it should be. My daily exercise is not the issue here. Advice appreciated :)

I am using MFP to log my food only. I have linked my Fitbit where my steps and weight are logged. I have just linked my Garmin Connect ....... MFP not updating calories burned?
on the app Pacer, it says I walked ___steps and burned __calories but MFP is saying I walked the steps but no calories burned? It's only a problem today, yesterday it synced the data and adjusted my days calories accordingly. Any idea how to fix it? I've already reinstalled the app.

Hi I'm 22 years old. I have recently discovered that meditation at least 15min in a day is great for motivation. Sitting quietly inhaling and exhaling keeping in mind the goals you want to accomplish. By doing this it's helped me to gain control over temptations.
