Get a scale
when i first started mfp and traking what i eat, it was a little challenge. I used to measure my food with measuring cups. I recommend that you invest in a scale. It helps alot, trust me. The reasom why insay this is because a scale is more accurate then using measuring cups. Hope the tip helps you guys

MFP won't sync with fitbit. At all :(
Title. As soon as I go add device in MFP and click on connect with fitbit, it opens a web page to the main fitbit page with no authorization or steps to connect the two. I'm on a moto x and have tried reinstalling both to no avail. Solution is probably obvious buy any help is appreciates. Thanks!

Garmin vivosmart Accuracy
When I walk on the treadmill the vivosmart only accounts for 1/2 my distance (I walk 2 miles, it logs 1 mile). It slightly overestimates my running distance - about 1/10 mile per mile. It often does not detect my movement around house while cleaning, walking to the bus, back and forth to car, etc. is this typical??
