Difference of Calories on package
When I look at the package of one pound of frozen shrimp it says the pound is only 300 calories. But when I look up on calorie count web sites it says a pound of shrimp is 481. Which is correct? I often find discrepancies but never by this much on such a simple item. 1 pound of Boiled shrimp should be a consistent item.…

Any Moms Feel Guilty Exercising?
I'm a part-time working Mom of three and I always feel guilty working out since that takes precious time away from my family. One thing I'm doing to overcome this guilt is by forcing myself to exercise at 5 AM, while everyone is still asleep. It's so hard, especially after a night of multiple baby disturbances!
