Weight lifting doesn't count towards exercise goal?
I did mostly wight training today because I did a ton of very rigorous cardio yesterday. I did about 10 minutes on the bike to warm up and then hit the weights for about an hour straight. Seems like this unfair to show a 10/60 min activity, when it was over an hour. Can anyone explain? Thank uou
