New to the world of counting Macros
Hi everyone. I joined a transformation program at my gym and they use a flex dieting plan called IIFYM (if it fits your macros). So far it's been very eye opening and I'm really glad I signed up to do this and I love this app so far.

Getting back into a healthy life style
It's a challenge, but finally made the decision to push forward. Just signed up to the gym last Friday. Workout Saturday morning at 6:30 to 7:22.. Haven't been back since then but going to try for tomorrow it possible. Could use good friends and motivation.
