how much is too much?
I get at least 1 hour of cardio everyday and it's only been one month but I seem to have hit a plateau. I am thinking of upping my cardio to 1 1/2 - 2 hrs everyday. I just dont know if that would be too much.

I joined this site in march but didn't actually use it until july 2nd/2010 and since then I have lost 18 pounds and 5.5 inches off my waist and 4 inches off my hips...I followed this and added a bit of exercise.. I am very happy this worked and have now 16 more pounds to lose!
