I have been constantly battling with my weight id like to get to 140 by June. I have encorporated alot of fruit into my diet and exercise(taebo) three times a week for 30 mins. I have found that I have gained weight. I also eat alot of veges and proteins ie fish meat chicken. What am i doing wrong
