Hi all I'm new! Want to lose ~20 pounds. Excited! I gained 30 pounds in 1 year about 10 years ago and trying to lose them ever since, 5 years ago I managed to lose almost 20 pounds, but it all came back as I reduced exercise and didn't follow my foods properly.
