45 yrs young, starting out weight 220 lbs as of 10/1/2023. As of today, Im weighing 216 lbs due to Spiritual Fasting 16/8 and strength training at the gym every day since 10/1/2023. Just starting out as of this past Friday with logging my meals to help with calorie counting in order to lose weight! 🙏🏽🙌

Hi all. I started 2 days ago and didn’t change anything yet. Tomorrow I get serious! I’m 65 and lost 25 pounds with Noom but gained it back in a year. I couldn’t stand their feedback “voice” and the expense would kill me. lol I’m not good at self disclosure, but I’m willing to give it a go.
