My name is Bob and I've just joined. I started slimming world on the 21st July and have lost 28lbs (2st) to date. I met with a Personal Trainer today and he suggested I follow this app over the next 12 weeks, whilst following his programme. Hope to lose an additional 18lbs by the end of the year. New to the group
I just started using the myfitnesspal app. I really love it! I've tried other apps, but this one really helps me. I especially like the pie chart and searchable food items. I tried writing out a food journal, but it was difficult. This is great!
