Day 1, Back at it!!
Today is day 1 of getting back after it! I lost nearly 100 pounds before, only to put it all back on over a few years time. Back to the Keto grind so wish me and my wife luck. I know we can do it, but the “between meals hunger” these first couple days are real, ugggghhhh.
