Freezer friendly/meal prep keto meals
Hi all, I'm about to start Keto. I currently do a lot of bulk meal prep and freeze my meals - from my research of Keto it seems fairly heavy on cream/eggs and fresh cooking. Many recipes don't seem to say if they will be freezer friendly. Anyone got some good freezer friendly keto recipes/meal ideas? Thanks!

Can you make this batter better?
Hi MFP chefs, I tried to make a pancake like substance with the following ingredients Sweet potato 200g Greek yogurt 200g Egg whites 100g Blended everything together. It was ok, but didn't really set. It was more like a firm custard than a pancake. Any ideas to make this better, without flour, butter or sugar? Thanks!

Starting at same weight or plateauing
Staying inside calories range and when I close diary it says it says if I keep going I should be around 172 in 5 weeks. It's been 3 weeks and I've been at 182-184 pretty steady. Any suggestions.

I was told to drink this before each meal 1 cup grapefruit juice 2 tsp apple cider vinegar 1 tsp honey Does this would right to anyone?
