Becoming a better runner
It’s taken me 9 years, but I can now casually run a marathon for fun. I ran 27 miles last Monday for the heck of it. My goal for the next 12 months is to run 40 miles in one day (for fun) and race a 50 miler.

My heaviest was 172. But I lost some before I started actually dieting. I started at 158 back around July 2017. I’m currently at 126! Still trying to get down my last 6 pounds but I’m completely happy with what I’m at. I’m 5’3 as well.
