Mom's NSV
My Mom lost 27 lbs on MFP, but the cool part is that her doctor told her because of her weight loss, her blood pressure is no longer too high.... so he took her off the bp beds and said she doesn't need them any more! Go Mom! (she's not the kind to post on newsgroups... figured I'd tell her story for her...)

Unexpected NSV :)
So during my lunch break today, I decided to go on a brisk walk. Not only did I get a good burn, I ran into a friend who I didn't realize works in my neighborhood. Since the weather is so nice, we have a lunch break this Wednesday under the Brooklyn Bridge. If I'd just eaten in the office, that never would have happened :)

I have been using MFP for a month now and I have lost almost 20 pounds. Yesterday when I put on my dress for church it was big, I wore the same dress two years ago and it was very tight. I am loving this plan. I still have a long way to go, but was happy with what I saw in the pics.

31% to 10% BF
Hit a goal last night. Went into my health club to get my BF % measured and reached a goal of getting to 10% BF. Sooo happy! My weight loss journey started in June of 2010. I have gone from 270lbs to 183lbs during that time and with the help of my health club and myfitnesspal I have had great success.

MY stomach suddenly stuck out further than my breasts...which was unusual for me. I have never lost breast tissue when i've lost weight in the past, and today I've notice that my new boobs…

The Wednesday before we left (my weekly weigh in day) my weight was 169.8 barely under but still I was excited. We decided early on we were checking no bags this trip because we would be…

NSV during workout
So, I have these sweatpants (cheap ones from Target, but oh so comfy and warm) and they fit just right when I got them before I started losing weight. Two weeks ago, I started mixing in JM's 30d shred with my regular workout (usually boring gym stuff) so I have to do jumping jacks and other jumping cardio exercises. The…
