I hadn’t received any love from my scales for 3 weeks and was getting quite discouraged however I plopped on it this morning and found I was a whopping 8 pounds lighter! WOOT!! New wardrobe!!!
My clothes are all getting too big!!! Put a skirt on today and can pull it up over my boobs!!! :laugh: Going up in the attic this weekend to get my smaller clothes out, new it was a good idea to keep them all this time! Yee ha!!!!!!

Whoohoo! Coffee and soda cut waaaaay back!

Progress....
While on my trip to Canada for a military training exercise, I was able to keep up my workout tempo by jogging around the firebase. I came back two weeks later and surprisingly lost another 12 lbs. I haven't been under 235 in like almost 3 years. It feels damn good. Just wanted to share. 30 more to go.

Reached My Goal!!

I did it, I didn't think I would but I did...
I had a goal of 138 lbs. before heading to Florida for my family reunion. I had a couple of slumps but I did it with a week to spare. The last time I was down there I weighed 165 lbs. I'm so glad I did it... I still have 18 lbs. before my ultimate goal but I am right on track.

A 10 min. mile!
I just ran a 10 min. mile.:noway: It was the first time since I ran track in High School. I am so proud of myself and it was really easy too. Usually on the treadmill it takes me 12 mins. I :heart: running outside now. I just wish it wasn't so hot.
