I have unusual circumstances as I tend to drop weight quickly because of my height, and probably mostly due to water weight. I started a week ago and weighed in at 305. good weigh in today
I went from 124.2 to 123.6 not much in month but these last few lbs are killer ha. but I did drop body fat from 26 last month to 24.6 this month so it slowly going down so that is awesome news. my goal is to be at 20% by the end of the summer and possibly be at 120 goal I set from myself Jan 2008.

Just allowing myself a small victory dance, since I've been sticking to this program for a whole month as of today!
