I stuffed my face today and still didn't hit the maintenance calorie level!!! I went over by 200 calories and thought I had TOTALLY blown it! It looks like my choices are getting smarter even when I'm being stupid! :drinker: Sorry but I'm seriously happy that I enjoyed myself and didn't completely blow it!

Body Fat Percentage
So I had my body fat checked again today and I'm down to 15%!! Of course by BMI standards I'm "overweight" by according to body fat I am in the lean category heading towards athelte status. Not bad for a 53 year old. (As of Monday the 4th). Thank you MyFitnessPal, thank you P90X!
