Two successes!
First, I finished C25K today. Wooohooo!! I think I'm ready to work on my speed now and I'm thrilled! Second, this is a really strange one. LOL I noticed the other day that my armpits are not flat anymore...they actually go in so they live up to their name. I told you this was a strange one! :laugh:

Finally
I finally broke the 190 mark. I hit 189 today. My goal was 190 by the end of March, but that didn't happen. I am so proud of myself for not giving up when I didn't reach my goal. Measure day
TOday was my monthly weigh in and measure at Curves. I lost 3 ponds since starting there and 3.24 inches. I have lost 15 total since I started this before I found MFP and Curves. Tomorrow is my official weigh-in day, but today I was bored so I redid my measurements a day early -- I've lost at least an inch in all areas . . . 2 inches in my thighs which are my toughest area!
