I wasted precious years not swimming, covering up at the beach, not going out as much as I could, and not enjoying life…

Post-vacation check-in
Hey all, I just returned from 2 weeks in France. Steaks and pastries and fries, oh my! But all the walking and swimming in the sea balanced out. I am thankfully still the same weight as when I left  I will start logging again next week after an old friend's visit this weekend. I can't wait to be back.

I have been tracking my weight since January 1 this year and when I found MFP in May I had only lost about 7lbs. MFP has really helped me to change my life. I am getting into clothes I was in 10 years ago. It is wonderful! I wonder where I will be this coming January.

First 5 pounds down
OK, I know its not much compared to many of you but I haven't lost weight like this ever. Most of the weight I have lost in the past has been due to a fad diet or something and it just came right back. This time I feel like I earned the weight loss. So, I feel great about this! Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Free…
